April 15, 2025. Yr 3.5. Now under NEW OWNERSHIP! They have hired several, more than 3 maintenance men. Manager, Rachel! Gets stuff done as fast as she can when circumstances let her! They are slowly starting from bottom to top making small to big property and apartment changes..it is spring,no kids were able to ride bikes under old owners, now, more and more kids are coming outside :) they are doing so much as they can! I'm happier! I'm NOT LEAVING! The new owners are doing cleaning property. Taking care of inside the apartments much much better than old owners! Things are looking up for our community! I signed my lease 7/12/2022 and will come back with an update later about my experience. So far it's been a bullying nightmare!!! I live downstairs. The upstairs couple bully me, I have done nothing to them, I dont even know their names nor know what they look like. I have documented for 3 months. I do love my apartment and I do love where I live.. 4/20/2023..things have been fixed. All is quiet for now.. ithere are steps to take for noisy I mean really bad noisy neighbors so just do what manager says and give him time to do what he has to do.. there are so many things he has on his plate...

They tell you they will fix your dishwasher & your a.c. unit when they never do anything at all & the new landlord is forcing me to put my husband's name on the lease when our landlord before her told us that I can never put his name on any kind of lease at all until his 5 years are up which will be in 2019 & she is very rude & disrespectful to a renter she doesn't seem to give a dame about anybody or anything we really need a new landlord before we sue this place & wait until my hud inspection people comes here Tuesday morning at 8:30 I'll let them know what's going on & they will make her fix it & if she doesn't we will find us another place to live at & the money we put down on this place & rent she will have to give it all back to us for...

DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS. I had an apartment that had issues. Anytime I would call about the issues Steven would make excuses about parts being delayed or rescheduled. The maintenance main is very rude. Any time you’d see him just sitting around. Even tho I had stuff in my apartment that needed fixed. Also Steven came into my apartment after 11pm at night. My roommate was in the shower…. And Steven’s excuse was they were doing an apartment inspection. Why at 11pm at night? Steven always kept the pool closed. It was open maybe 10 times through out the whole summer. Always was some excuse about closed for maintenance. Highly don’t recommend staying in...
