Support local business, they can provide service that online retailers cannot provide! I've used them in the past for appliance parts, but today is above and beyond. Microwave slow blo fuse went out and wasn't sure where to purchase. Obviously online was an option but I would be out several days without my microwave. I called and they let me know they had them in stock. I arrived and wasn't sure what pricing would be, but I knew what online pricing was and was fully prepared to pay a little more for their bottom line; they are a distributor.

Asked the guy at the counter where they were located and he pulled some out of a drawers and asked how many. I asked for 3 and he just gave them to me, no payment needed. I tried to pay, but he said they had ordered a bunch and I could just have them.

While it's just a cheap fuse this should speak volumes. Use local business who are knowledgeable and can get you fixed up without waiting on a package delivery from a corporation who doesn't even pay fair wages. Never has the basic supplies needed. I work for a repair that runs hot springs 5 days week. Don't stock basic parts or brazing supplies. Just today, asked for torch tip and she said "I have 0. Now I should but I don't" . You can make money if you don't have parts..... reply to response... My tech and I have tried to talk to her. When my central heat and air stopped working, I called Gary and he was very helpful with information. Turns out it was just a capacitor. One short trip and a cheap purchase later, I was on my way to cooler times with a lil diy project. Also had the coil cleaning supplies I needed on the shelf.
