The Manager is clearly racist I attempted to make the best of a bad situation and said yes sir no sir despite the hostility written on his face however after I arrived at 1100 am they informed me that I would have to wait until 1700 to be loaded. At which point they gave me dock 1 to park on (a very difficult dock to park on due to a blind side back being requrired). And finally told me they were refusing to load me due to cracks in my floor. I've hauled trailers that were rejected for holes in the floor however these "cracks" were so small they can only be seen when the trailer is dark inside and the sun is up and even then they are invisible when you stand directly above them. This company treats drivers horrible. They dont care about our time. We were turned away after waiting 4 hours after our appointment time. We arrived with a freshly cleaned trailer to be turned away for having a small puddle of water in the trailer. After drying the puddle and being told they would come back to our trailer we were told they were not going to load us and that they had already given the load to another truck. Unprofessional, dishonest and 0 accountability. Loader said he was just doing his job after doing exactly the opposite, nothing. He claimed he had pictures that showed something brown in the puddle of water which we were never shown. The fact that we traveled many miles to get that load made no difference. Lots of truck traffic, but only 3 docks. My appointment was for noon, & got here & checked in 30 minutes early & here I am 3.5 hours later still waiting for a door. Plus there method is not a very good one. All they asked me for was my trailer # & each time they come out, they are lost trying to find the trailer they want, & there are trucks that got here way after me that are getting to get loaded before me.
