I had a really disappointing experience with this desi store which is possibly the worst desi store in the Clear Lake/Webster area. It was the absolute worst customer service and product experiences I've ever had. We decided to give this store a shot since our regular desi store was closed due to Eid. We spent around $90 there but it turned out to be a huge mistake. The main issue arose when we discovered that the chicken we bought from the store was completely rotten. Naturally, we called the store to bring this to their attention and hoped for some understanding and resolution. However, instead of taking responsibility, the person on the phone immediately started blaming us for leaving the chicken out in the sun. It was frustrating to hear because who in their right mind would purchase chicken to eat and leave it under the sun? We had followed all proper food handling and storage procedures but the chicken was simply rotten and there was just no accountability from the store.

But the worst part was when the person actually hung up on us while we were trying to inform them about the issue. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We just wanted them to be aware of the problem so they could prevent it from happening again, but it seemed like they didn't care at all.

I strongly advise anyone looking for good products and customer service to steer clear of this store. Trust me, you don't want to risk your health by purchasing anything from here. It's truly unbelievable how such a store can operate with such disregard for their customers. Needless to say, I will never be going back...

Worst Indian store I ever visited. First thing, they don’t put the price tag, maybe that’s their strategy so that customer cannot get to decide looking at the price. You will know the price only after you buy which is insanely expensive compared to other stores. All the stuffs are expensive than stores in Hillcroft. Just driving from there to Hillcroft shouldn’t increase the price that much. Rather I would drive myself to Hillcroft. And lastly, choices are very limited with old products.
