This Subway was bad, really bad. We weren't even acknowledged as we walked up to the counter. (We were the only ones up there.) When we were finally acknowledged and the guy started making our sandwiches, you could just tell he didn't care. The white paper that he used was wet, and when he went to put the turkey on my sandwich, he just kind of threw it on there. More in some areas than in others. We were dining in, and they have all of the fans in there on full speed. Maybe five of them in the dining room. That'd be great if it was hot outside, but it wasn't and who likes eating in a wind tunnel. In addition, the music was very loud. Way too loud for that tiny dining room. Then I went to start eating my sandwich, and smelled the turkey and it didn't quite smell right. Not necessarily that it was bad, but not really fresh either. I got Italian bread, and although it was cooked all the way through, it just didn't seem like it was cooked long enough. It was very light, and could have probably used at least another three to five minutes in the oven. Oh! And they hardly had any bread. Only three loaves of Italian and one of wheat. I only ended up eating half of a 6" sandwich because it was so bad. There was no flavor, and it didn't taste fresh at all. My husband tried to get the Dr. Pepper there, and it didn't taste quite right either. We only ended up there because it was in walking distance the dealership. When we told them of our experience, they let us know that Subway used to cater their parties and events, but the quality had gotten so bad that they started using somebody else. Wish we would have known that before hand....
Read moreFirst time visit, experience was horrible. Walked in NO GREETINGS! 2 young Afri.Amer. girls working on 1 order for an AA man. There was an approx 1 yr old AA baby on a dining chair at the time with a snotty nose, dirty slip-on sandal using as toy in his hands while chewing on dollar bill that I thought was the customers. Well he walked out without baby so there was no other AA's there except the 2 girls working so they ask for order and I told them immediately the baby was chewing on money so employee STOPPED MY ORDER to remove money from babies mouth. While taking my order the baby fell off chair was left to fend for himself. My son asked him if he was OK and baby just got back on chair. Employee looked over at baby and told him he needed settle down. Clearly, this baby had been here before and understood the rules. Employees had serious attitude taking order, and slow as well. They had also run out of cheeses and rotisserie chicken at 7pm and would not restock either. ATTENTION MANAGEMENT/CORPORATE: I HOPE YOU READ THIS. I will also send email to corporate just un case you all miss this. Clearly you all need better management and supervision. I visited...
Read moreI always have an awful experience every time I visit this particular subway. I’ve only gone here multiple times, because it’s the closest subway to me. It’s either cold, burnt, the wrong protein - you name it. A few days ago, I came in person, and they were talking amongst themselves about my sandwich (because I don’t get much on it usually because I’m picky and have a sensitive stomach) and that made me very uncomfortable. Tonight, they hit a new low. I sometimes order through subway’s website, and I sometimes order through DoorDash. Apparently, they ran out of my protein choice. I didn’t see my dasher’s message until about 10 minutes later, so they left. A different dasher was assigned, and I told them my new protein choice. Instead of telling them, the dasher left and subway canceled my order. I drove up in person to try to get them to make a sandwich for me, and the door was locked at around 8:40pm, but they close at 9:00pm. Won’t be coming here anymore at all. Everyone here needs to be fired and they need brand new staff, or better yet, a completely...
