UPDATE: I feel I must edit my 5 star review down to a 2. Since the purchase of JetStream by Sun RV this place has gone downhill fast. The new manager is the issue and corporate doesn’t seem to want to do anything about it after numerous complaints from the residents. I have complained about not receiving invoice emails for the past 4 months. With the old system I could pay through a portal but when they made the switch residence where not informed of the change. My emails I send rarely get replied to but when they are it’s after 8 pm or in person. Every time I’m told that corporate has looked into the issue and everything is fine on their end but still no emails. When speaking to corporate about this I’m told there’s a portal we can use but they can’t find us in the system and will have IT look into it. That was back in Dec and I never got a call back. When I asked the manager about the portal she didn’t know anything about it. We’ve lived in the same spot for over 15 months now so how can corporate not find us in their system? The only reason I’m giving it a 2 star review now is because they do have the nicest facilities of any resort in the area. If something doesn’t change though, we may be looking for another place to move.

Original post: We LOVE JetStream!!! My husband and I sold our house and became full time RV owners in October of 2020. We found JetStream through an ad on Facebook after searching and searching the Houston area for a gated resort with the best amenities. JetStream provides that and more!

If your looking for an amazing resort that offers monthly rentals this is the place to go. The management team, Cathy and Jessy, do an excellent job insuring every resident has a pleasant experience here. No need to worry because they enforce the park rules with kindness and fairness.

They have so much to offer here! The clubhouse is amazing offering a pool table, coffee bar, game room with arcades, the best workout equipment I’ve seen at any RV resort, 6 well maintained individual bathhouse rooms that look better than some hotels we’ve stayed in, and mailboxes for long term residents. They offer golf cart rentals, propane exchange, ice sold on site, fire pit, propane and charcoal pits, concrete pads with wide roads that will accommodate any size rig. They even have a gated dog area which most resorts do not offer. It is technically a retention pond that is cut often but has a wide shoulder around the edge that will allow your pets ample space to run freely. Last but not least, they offer corner lots with a mini gated yard space for people with dogs that need more room to roam and several covered slots as well.

The Park is nice at first Glance . Enjoyed my stay the first month and had plans to stay for awhile. Then noticed that the Manager Amanda and her employees where using the community room on Fridays and Saturday nights to party drink liquor while there kids where present. Then about a month ago the park had an opening in spot 1with a fencd in yard and the tenants where moving. I requested from Mgr on duty Crystal would like that spot. Amanda over heard this and stepped in and said the grass would need to be changed. I ask her when it was complete I wanted it she responded ok. Coming home one day I noticed new tenants there. I went to Amanda she said she never told me this. I called and reported her to corporate. This past Friday night once again the community center was being occupied by Amanda and her emoyess drinking and partying where no other tenants could get in. At 10 45 I was sitting outside waiting on laundry while my wife went back to our RV Amanda and her employees came out drunk and one of Amanda workers husband began mouthing out while I was itting in my parked car having a glass of wine. Of course I responded Amanda called the cops and told them a bunch of lies and called the cops and told them I was driving around Park in my car. Cops showed while I was still sitting in my non running car and had me arrested. I have sinced hired and attorney and plan to fight this slander and her lies to police. The next morning my wife went to office to pick up car that was in the same spot and drove it back to our spot. She was the handed a letter telling us to vacate with in ten days. My wife called corpoate Wednesday and reported this to tenant relations. Thus far have not heard back from corporate. This will not go away as I have consulted an attorney and hired him to defend what this Manager and her employees for there actions. I would suggest that if you do not want this Park to loose anymore tenants that she and her staff be replaced. I and a lot of others feel the same way and a lot have already left. We have booked another resort and will be moving this weekend. The management and quality here has gone down over the last 6 months. Increased crime. Bathrooms are destroyed. They are rationing the coffee supplies so rarely coffee in the clubhouse. The last three times in the bathroom over the last month there is no soap and no toilet paper. The pool keeps getting shut down, and people with power issues that aren't getting resolved. Plenty of other parks in the area and probably better management. There are rules that are constantly broken and they don't talk to people about it. It used to be a great park.

Edit: 1.5 months later. still having issues with the lazy office. I have neighbors who's kids run through people's yards all day long, instead of playing at the provided park. Management will not speak to anyone about following the rules. They just say sorry and retreat to the office.

More theft last night and management says to call the cops. They don't assist the police with security footage. Their is one code to the gate so anyone with that info has access through the gate without management knowing who's code was used.

The bathrooms are are in shambles, toilet paper is always empty and dirty restrooms should be expected. The paint and sheet rock are falling off the ceilings. There is black mold in all of the restrooms. The tile is shattered in the showers. The soap dispensers don't work in some of the restrooms. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels.

If you want coffee, they are usually out of it.

90% of the pool furniture is ripped and unusable.

Lawn care is pathetic and doesn't care about your property. Pray you dont get damage to your property on wednesdays.

This place used to be a nice park, with great facilities. Management will not answer the phone, they have shortened their hours of operation, and the entire culture of this office is "that isn't my problem." Pretty pathetic park these days. Sun Outdoors as a whole is a horrible management group.
