Very very poor service.. disrespectful employees.. especially the young lady in the front.. they have no care in the world for any ones loved ones.. tractors running over people's plaques and vases that they are literally breaking that mind you loved ones pay thousands for.. flowers get thrown out as soon as you leave them.. Went to visit, since no tombstone there yet, was not sure where my friend was buried. Everyone we encountered for help was very helpful. From the ground keepers taking us to the location and spending alot of time in 90 plus degree weather. To the office who made sure to give us the correct location. To the gentleman that gave us cold water and came out to make sure we found the correct location. And another ground keeper who helped us...

Service is horrible. My husband service was May 19, and we placed new decorations after his were thrown away. Come today 6/13 and all his things are taken off or stolen. I understand they need to clean but everyone else’s are there. People who steal from cemeteries are wrong for that. Forest Park needs to do better in patrolling so things won’t get stolen.
