Gainsborough Waste — Local services in Houston

I have to use this company for work. I call them at least 1-3 times a week to swap out dumpsters. My co-worker had to cover for me while I was out on vacation for ONE WEEK, and although the customer service reps have never once remembered my name even though it's on the account, they remembered her name, and then repeatedly asked me if my name was "Adam". I very clearly have a woman's voice and have called them over and over and over during my year at this company. I am really sick of the terrible service and constant insulting behavior.

Our house burned down and our insurance company put us in a small travel trailer on our property. We have two 40 gallon waste tanks, 1 grey water and 1 black water. They were prepaid for 2 months to come out twice a week and service the tanks, they only been out once since July 3rd. Our contact person has spoken to them multiple times and I called them myself today. UPDATE Since posting that review, the company has made exceptional efforts to correct the problems. Terrible experience!! Worst ran Company there is. Used them this past May and not only were they 2 hours late from the time they said they would arrive, they where also 4 hours late picking them up! Both times this left me stuck out there waiting on them for hours with out a call!! Then when I called in, which took 4 phone calls, there plant "manager" Jason Odom, he was instantly rude and had the I don't care if you get your containers or not attitude! and just offered no assistance at all, besides telling me to hold tight!
