I purchased a bottle of Bold Hold Liquid Gold for $16.99 then discovered the company of Bold Hold Liquid Gold sells this product for $7.99. I returned the unused bottle the next day with receipt. I was asked why was I returning the bottle I stated the actual owner sells for half the price an I was able to get a coupon via TikTok shop. The two brown men discussed that I may be purchasing a fake bottle I ignored the comment as they didn’t mention how they are charging more than the price of the owner then they proceeded to speak in another language. I requested a refund and the guy mentioned he doesn’t give refunds I stated that it doesn’t say that on the receipt. The man then pointed to a sign in the store saying no refunds only exchanges. I grab two products two products to exchange. When I returned to the counter this man says “oh I thought you wanted a refund I was going to give it to you”. Okay let me start by saying that the people were great. The service was awesome. I bought the curly hair and it was not good quality at all. As soon and I put my wand on it to blend my hair at the top, the hair straightened and did not curl back up. I was so shocked because the hair seemed really nice and soft. There is one lady that helps me almost every time I go there and she is such a beautiful spirit. I have a friend who has breast cancer. And she's lost all of her hair and she's embarrassed to go out and sometimes she just don't feel like it, so I'll go get what she wants and I'll tell her about this young lady and every time.
