Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

If I could rate this place a negative triple zero, I would definitely give them a negative triple zero rating due to their being out right rude and a complete lack of professional and respect. They're very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful. The young woman at the counter and her boss named Hector were extremely unprofessional and treated me very unkind and verbally treated me with so much disrespect during my visit to their location. 😤 The young black girl yelled at me in a very nasty tone of voice that "our restroom is for customers only"!!! I said " ok, I need to use your restroom". The young black girl completely ignored me and the Hispanic manager didnt treat me any better after asking him to use restroom several times. He also stated their restrooms are for customers only. I asked the young black girl and her Hispanic boss (HECTOR) to use their restroom several times and they completely ignored me and I asked several times to use their restroom again and was left standing at the counter as if I didnt even exist or was invisible. Other customers walked in a few minutes after me and I still repeatedly asked to use their restroom but the other customer and her child were served & I was still being ignored. I asked why I was being ignored & the young black female cashier rudely and nastily stated: :I'm helping my customer". I guess I wasn't considered customer at that point. So I told the rude black female cashier that I was there before her other customer even walked in and that I deserve respect and that her behavior is completely unacceptable. This place is completely filthy and employees need to be trained on how to treat their customers. They need to be taught the true meaning of professionalism, & appropriate & acceptable behavior & true customer service. This facility & their staff needs an upgrade. They had zero respect for me as a senior citizen. I expected better than the way they handled the situation but they're going to get old some day as well and I certainly hope no one treats them the way they treated me as an elderly person.

NOTE: There was also a young black man sitting at table in rear of lobby area smoking the entire time I was there & two elderly black female customers sitting at table in front section of lobby kept arguing with the male black smoker and telling him to stop smoking or get out of here with that smoke. 🚬 🚭 😳 Argument was never addressed by staff members.

I came to drive thru ordered the new brisket whooper.😡I was so disappointed with the order I asked for a cup of water and I was told that I had to buy a cup of water. They drive thru guy gave me order but no receipt.I had to ask for my receipt.( That was a red flag for me )Then I get my order checked my order no brisket. I go back tell Mrs Gina Management about the order show her she tells me it is brisket on it ,she take the burger peel the cheese back and she tells me see there is the brisket. All I saw was bar b que sauce. I ask for my refund and before I can get out the door.She tells a fellow employee Jim or whatever his name is that we have to make up $8.97. Now I see why they charge the customer for water because there stealing . I use to be a manager for this very store when it was Ghramdale many years back.This making up money is automatically termination. But I guess they don't care anymore 😔 they are stealing from the customer all kinds of ways.As well as false advertising.that is not fair for us that spend our hard earned money for food and to get cheated out of product that we pay for. This location needs to make corrections and fast. I have visited 3 times in 2 months. The first visit I was given what looked like brown water for Diet Coke. The second visit I ordered a Whopper with heavy onion, tomato and ketchup…I got no onion and regular tomato. This last visit on today was the straw that broke the camels back. I order 2 Whopper Combos with both with cheese, again heavy onion, heavy tomato and ketchup on one with a sprite and Diet Coke. Guess what? I received no cheese at all, again no heavy anything, and brown carbonated water for Diet Coke. But reflects correctly on my receipt, the person at the window repeated the order back to me as she took my payment. Shut down if you don’t care what you serve, if you treat persons like this. No wonder the car in front of me handed a complete order back and drove away. This is sad and completely unacceptable. I want to frequent spots in my own neighborhood but can’t. I attempted to call back and complain but can’t because the phone says the message box is full. Please care more about how you treat and serve you community!
