Went to pay for my classes at this location before they get dropped. This old Nigerian guy at the business office was complete full of it. I was at the window trying to get his attention, took him 5 mins to get up from his office to address me. I could tell by the look on his face he did not want to be disturbed. My parents wrote a check so I can pay for the classes with both their signatures were on it. He ask me if it's my check and I told him it's my parents. He says "Let me see it" and then tells me "Their DL# needs to be on the check and I need to see their picture ID. I can't use your DL, it has to be your parents." I'm 22, and when I asked "why can't I use mine? since when?" all he would respond was "It's the Rule". He had a slant smile when I told him to give me back the check. So I called one of my parents and they game me their DL#. As I wrote the number on the check, he says he still needs to see their picture ID. When I finally was asked if I needed help, I was informed that I needed to go to Business Services, no one was in Business Services, they had a sign up saying that they will return at 4:40 pm. Really, if Iām not mistaken, when I called I was told that they close at five. So now itās another person and me sitting here. I then go over to financial aid, recruiting and counseling and I was handled as if I was causing them a problem. Very, very unprofessional, one of the clerks at the desk had white headphones in his ear and the other clerk said āit was nothing she could do if Business Services wasnāt there.ā With an attitude, leaning back in her chair with her feet tucked under her like she was at home. Girl at enrollment services extremely unprofessional arrived late and still had an attitude when it was time to assist me after standing there waiting on her to do her job. Went to pay for the test and the man did not acknowledge me standing there waiting. I asked the girl in enrollment if he was the one that would help me and she rudely said yes! Heās right there. He said something and still made me wait I could not understand him. I politely said thank you to her and she didnāt not respond and walked away with an attitude. They really need to hire people that are interested in working. I will make sure to take this to management.
