Customer service is the best here I must say, it's also a great community, but the ants , spiders, are ridiculous, I have been spraying and spraying they just keeps coming, there were baby spiders in the guest restroom all in the tub , can't seem to get rid of ants and spiders, now mice are entering in the garage, I have set up traps and everyday I go to my garage there's a mice on there, the schools in the area I would not recommend had to put my kids in a private school, homes are beautiful don't give me wrong but the price is not worth it , and plus there is no amenity the park is not for the kids ,it's really for the dogs 🐕, this community is great for something to start off in ,but not to stay in long term, when the hurricane came i thought this house would blow away, it shake tremendously it was so scary, so when a hurricane hits @a 3 on up cat get outta there!! Leasing agents are the best here. Oh and one other thing don't loose your job or fall on hard times , they will file eviction and will not accept none of your payments, things happen in life that's outta your control sometimes that's life , but just heads up what to expect at this property, God bless you all seek God before jumping into things sometimes we move with our eyes and not with our spirit, the price is not worth the area and the schools , and like i said there is no amenity, I'm not trying to convince nobody not to move here , im just being 💯 i just moved outta here , if someone would have in lighted me before moving here I would have known what to expected God bless, the four and five ⭐ you see are people who just moved in , pay attention to the ones whose had experiences here 3 plus months and see what they are dealing with , 3 plus months you should still be like it's 3 weeks, but things changes...

I’ve lived here for almost two months and my experience has not been the best. There were several issues when I moved in including cracks in the lower kitchen cabinets that still have not been fixed. These homes are poorly built and the materials used are cheap! The washer and dyer in the homes are horrible however if you want to bring your own you are responsible for storing the ones that are provided (which are awful and don’t clean). There are cracks in the shower and bathtub. It’s like they got tired and didn’t finish painting the kitchen cabinets. The baseboards have cracks throughout the home and get worse over time, the painting is awful and inconsistent throughout the home, the floor is coming up, ants are crawling everywhere and to top it off they builders couldn’t event be bothered to cut the blinds correctly to fit the windows! It would take too much space to list all of the issues and cracks associated with this place so I’ll just advise you to be careful as it is a great location but...

Just moved in 7 days ago day 6&7 no power don't know how I suppose to feel the only house in the subdivision without power. The power breaker getting wet in the inside sp that's what causing me to lose power. And to call emergency maintenance and to be told that we can't get to because of the storm and I can't get you no time fame on a update. Sent someone out to fix the breaker but they didn't fix the breaker box to stop the water for getting in. Call emergency maintain again and this time I was told at this moment I'm not worried about the power in your house we worried avy the ac and the icebox. Don't get me wrong they talk about a room putting my food up for me but I didn't pay all that 7 days ago to be unhappy... What I'm use to is a maintenance team that we'll send a vendor out to...
