Lol, hahahaha this place is horrible, ugly and a joke! Was called a month before my mom's death! They were asked to check the status of a plot my family purchased 17 years ago! The phone calls placed to them regarding this matter were clear and very professional (as I was there) when they're were made! My brothers showed up on the date of a scheduled appointment and were treated so rudely, ugly and unprofessional by Brian! Since we were there to simply sign some paperwork and not spend any money, Mr. Brian ultimately decided to ignore our appointment (saying we didn't have an appointment) and put a family that was spending money ahead of us! Telling us to come back two and a half hours later! After raising alittle hell and proving to Brian that we had an appointment he flipped us to someone else! This place screwed up on paperwork 3/4 times, tried to add so many fees and charges to what we were trying to accomplish! My little brother had to drive back and forth from kingwood about 3/4 times cause of this ignorance and stupidity of this place! After so many visits the paperwork was finally done right. I remind you a month before my moms death the plot was asked about! We were told everything was good and just that simple paperwork needed to be done, that everything else was good to go! Days before my moms burial services they decided to call to tell us that an error was made and that the plot isn't paid for! That we need to pay an extra $2500 on top of the original price that was quoted to us! They apologized but then proceeded to blame all the errors on the funeral home I was using! I knowing that the funeral home coordinating my mother's services handle everything correctly as I was there with the young lady every time she called Integrity/Forest Lawn Cemetery! This place did nothing but make my mothers death worse for us and cared about nothing but money! They tried so hard to get every penny possible out of us for anything they could come up! Don't use this place! It's nothing like it use to be when the Darst family owned and operated it! There's no love and care here anymore! Nothing more than a big money hungry corporation...
Read moreI was Helped by 2 ladies. Ms. Hilda B. Sold me the plots and gave me all the information needed. She was amazing. Very helpful and detailed. She covered everything. Once I purchased the plots to plan the service I was helped by Ms. Rachel, she had great service and over all offered many kind words and was supportive. However, when it came time to order the marker there was a lack of communication. I was very disappointed and hurt by this. We had been discussing markers (headstone) for about a week before the service and then some more after the service. This was on or about March 23. Apparently prices changed starting April 1st and I was never made aware of this. She showed me some designs via text a few times she checked in with me wanting me to set up and appointment to order it. Overall she was committed on helping. Which I appreciated because in times like these it’s nice to have people willing to help and be there for you. So I finally scheduled the appointment with her on April 19th 2021 and I was there for about an hour and half again no mention in the prices changing. We designed several markers and at this point I’m super happy that we were finally ready to order my fathers marker. Once I decide on the one we wanted BOOM , to my surprise the price is now $1800 more than what was originally discussed. I was ready to pay a little more because I wanted to add my fathers photo on the marker which she had already told me it was only going to be a about $400-$500 more so imagine my shock when it’s a lot more than that. I definitely understand prices can change, I’m just not ok with not being made aware specially when you were told a different price just a few weeks prior. At this point My family and I decide to go somewhere else for the marker and were happy with the price and design.
Again their service was great and they were supportive and helpful until I was not told about pricing changes while we talked for weeks about the specifics before hand.
I will still recommend them, just make sure you ask for pricing and how long the quote...
Read moreKendrek, Juanita, and Maria were beyond helpful and understanding. Their calm and continuous “We are here to assist.” was exactly what we needed during our time of loss. Our Dad loved baseball and played for many many years. Kendrek made sure the theme of the service displayed my Dad’s love for the game. They created displays with baseballs, bats, and a table of pictures of our Dad playing ball. They had a home plate, actual size, in front of his closed casket which brought tears of joy to our hearts. WOW!!!! What personalized attention to our Dad and family. Juanita took the time to walk us to the mausoleum days before the funeral to explain the process of placing our Dad in with our Mother. She was so very gentle with us as we moved through the process. She made sure all was good and flowing during the funeral and stayed to continue her support. She has an outstanding temperament and attention to details. She was at the funeral, explaining step by step details, as they occurred, during the actual placement of my Dad into his space with Mom. Maria, was the day of the funeral, responder to questions, needs, and “How can I assist you?” person. If we needed an extra stand for a display she immediately found one for us. What ever was needed, she made it happen. She directed the process of the funeral from the Visitation, Rosary, and the Blessing by our Priest. All was arranged so each event moved with ease. Father Murphy and our brother, Rick, were heard throughout the room as they spoke, due to the great acoustics in the room. These 3 people made sending our Dad to Heaven with our Mother, beautiful and peaceful! Thank you, for all you did for us! The greatest respect,...
