Jumping Park Houston — Local services in Houston

My First Time here trying to celebrate My Sons Birthday & it was beyond terrible. If you don’t check your receipt they will charge you for things that are supposed to come with your package. My party host never came and assisted me with my party, they have no real kitchen literally one toaster to make everything. They were an hour late with the pizza and didn’t even have it then ( they gave me 1 pizza after being an hr late half my party left by the time it was even time to cut my babies cake! When trying to ask questions to the owner he walked off and kept telling me 10 mins, his staff is beyond rude to where they laugh in your face! They go up to the children while the kids are jumping just to make sure they have a band on to jump ( that should be discussed with the guardians after all they are children!) they even grab the children to remove them if they don’t have a band & I’m talking about small children ranging around 4yrs old!! Don’t even think about getting a refund back because even after the owner seeing all the wrongs him and his staff did he didn’t even want to give me my deposit back! The staff argue with each other in front of customers! I should of known to walk away after they asked me to pay for everything up...

I went to Jumping Zaxx with my mom (we were on a tight schedule). We arrived and found out that it was closed until 7. However, Google had said it was open so I was very disappointed and angry. My friend had invited me so we had to wait at Burger King until 7. Not to mention that I live approximately 30 minutes away and I was on a tight schedule. So we had to wait. I ended up canceling my plans to go to Jumping Zaxx. When we got there they were playing music extremely loud and some contained bad words but luckily they were blocked out. Also the hallway leading to the bathroom was extremely dark. On the bright side the place was fun even though some of the kids there were rude and hit my friend on the head with a ball. We got a great deal on Groupon, kids had a blast. There is games and a snack area and plenty space to jump. We have been to a couple different trampoline parks and this one is smaller, but was not very crowded. We were here at noon on a Saturday so may be more people at knight. The down side would be the basketball area, the rim is hanging and has only one. Other places have more heights and goals, so not too over crowd (even though there is a wait there too at times.) Also they could use more employees during the day, maybe someone on the tramps, someone at the snack bar, and someone walking around helping in the game area. But again this was the middle of the day, there is probably more in the evening. Oh and they do have special jump nights for good prices. All together 4...
