Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Houston

Went to popeyes 3-15-25 and was told there was no fries.. it was 11:07 and they didn't close until 12 a.m. He said we turned off the frier! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BAD BUSINESS

The general manager CARMEN YEPEZ with the braces is soooooo rude! She slammed my food around and did not provide any plastic ware, plates or ketchup after i asked her. How can you be a manager with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!?When we got home. I DISCOVERED THAT SHE TOOK AWAY 1 WING BECAUSE SHE WAS MAD SHE HAD TO PUT SAUCE ON IT... SO WE HAD 11 INSTEAD OF THE 12 WE PAID FOR! HOW PETTY!! I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE STORE BUT NO ANSWER AND FYI.. it was not busy. I spent a $100 in this restaurant and was treated with no respect and with bad service from management.burn. I WONT return again.

So I ordered online came thru drive thru to pick up & the young Hispanic guy working the window ask to see my order when he opened the window proceeds to get the ticket with my order go to where they make the food I watched him make my sandwich without washing his hands or putting on gloves and bring me my food I asked did you just make this he said yes I said you don’t use gloves or wash your hands he grabs gloves from other side of the counter to show me & place them on the side where they make the food I asked for a receipt he said it was a online order so the receipt is on the app I said ok & drove off that’s disgusting & very unclean he was touching everything else & to think he did it so comfortably is disturbing we are paying our money & trusting they are preparing it with good clean environment that made me feel as if he don’t wash his hands coming out the restroom & touching all over people food with out gloves I will not be going back to this location & im filing a...

We go to this popeyes at least once a week for lunch for the past two years ... today was the worst it has ever been the manager taking orders was rude like we were interrupting her day.. she kept trying to talk over me and asking if that was all she seen three of us in front of her I was ordering for all of us. The red beans and rice had absolutely no flavor. We ordered mild chicken she gave us spicy when I went to let her know the order was wrong,,, she said with a huff that is what we have and turned away from me.. to put someone else's order together... the chicken sandwich was so hard and dry I could have used it to break the window... we won't go back we will have to find another place to fill our popeyes day ... so sad but don't like bad food or...
