I wanted to take the time to express to the store the employees and this location it self and the owner it self . This location , Crosstimbers , Aldine Mail Route are me and my 2 girls favorite this location at Little York I must brag about it’s ALWAYS CLEAN NEAT FULLY STOCKED the manager and the assistant manager and there employees know us very well and we LOVE them because there always friendly we are always greeted the manager is always is super nice she a sweetheart her and the employees keeps us with happy faces EVERYTIME we shop there the manager at this location keeps this store together and you can only love a manager and there employees that keeps a store like this I give the manager and her employees 10 plus stars for outstanding on everything and thank y’all for keeping all the latest fashions Glysa Campos and R. This store use to be a store that you can walk in and be greeted but when I walked in, no one greeted me. The store is all a mess. There is a short heavyset girl with glasses. I believe she’s in charge. I walked in today, November 16 at six at 5:50 PM and I guess she’s in management because she was telling the other girl that she needed to do put backs and you can clearly hear that she was talking about the front girl who is one of the cashier so that’s not professional when you’re talking to other employees about other employees, so hopefully this individual that is short reddish light orange hair heavy set the biggest heavyset girl and I’m sorry to be biased but didn’t catch her name not professional needs to be terminated and you can clearly know that she is in charge of telling all...

I went today 7/24/19 and there was a long wait to pay my merchandise, to be exact 10 minutes!!! I ask the cashier at front if there was anyone else that could check us out (other 2 people waiting) and the lady said sorry there is no one else! She lied, there was another personnel that opened the fitting room and greets people at the entrance! I LEFT MY MERCHANDISE AT COUNTER (5 pants) and walked out!
