It was 5:15 in the evening, and I had not eaten anything all day. I drove a couple of miles out of my way to go to this location, which is the closest to my home. I was looking forward to a beltbuster, fries, and a shake. Well, I pulled up to the drive through, and began ordering once I was greeted. In the middle of a sentence, she breaks in and says. "You're going to have to talk louder than that", in an EXTREMELY rude voice. Not "I'm sorry, I can't hear you." but "You are going to have to talk louder than that." I was already not in the greatest mood because of not having eaten, and was trying to remedy that with a $8-$10 order, for just myself. When they came back with that rude comment, it hit me the wrong way, and I backed out of the drive through and immediately left. YOU DO NOT GET MY MONEY IF YOU ARE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!!! This location has always been bad about talking over you while you're trying to order, but this is the first time they have been rude on top of it. I will be going to What A burger in a few minutes, and spend 10-12 dollars just for this. I will NEVER visit this location ever again. I ate there about once a week usually, so doing the math, over the next ten years they will make $5200 less money from me. Your store was crap until Dairy Queen stepped in and improved your building. Unfortunately your people are STILL rude and unprofessional....
Just got back from Whataburger... YUM YUM!!! $11.18 Double meat burger, large fries, large chocolate shake, and a whole jalapeno... Everyone there was courteous and helpful.....
Read moreI ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers plus other items to go. I was seriously hungry and remembered their burgers when we went to refugio TX. And stopped at a DQ over there. That burger was just like I remembered...not this burgers. We got home . husband ate some of it and told me it tasked weird. And bland. I took a bite of my burger. It was different. I still ate 1/2 of it then I realized that wasn't bacon! Looked like weird looking ham. I didn't eat it after that. I put the 2 half eaten burgers the fries( fries didn't look fresh)and onion rings( those were ok)back in bag and in freezer because I was going to throw in trash day Tuesday. But . Then my stomach took a turn. Went to restroom couple times. I decided to go back today and ask what type of bacon was that. Because the pictures burger ( on the above menu board) that I ordered had real pork bacon.the clerk asked the cook. She kind of yelled out loud. That it was turkey Bacon! That they didn't serve pork! What? Well. Maybe if someone would of told me that! I spent $35. And change. I didn't go to get a refund. I wanted to know what type of bacon was that. I had never eaten turkey Bacon. I told the guy to have the cook eat it. Sinc I wanted the real baco. I told them to throw away my bag with that food. So disappointed. I will not go to this place again . And from now on if I get a burger anywhere else..I have to ask what type of meats are...
Read moreMy sister and i have been coming to this dairy queen since the blackout fairly often. I usually get a banana split and she chooses a random blizzard. A few weeks ago, she told me while we were eating that her blizzard tasted like old fridge food. She finished it and we didn't say a word thinking it might just be a one-time thing.
Today when we ordered, we asked for a burger combo, a sundae, and a small blizzard.
My sister tried it and said it tasted the same way, again. The last time it was the circus animal cookie blizzard and this time it was the cheesecake one. Anyhow, I took it up to the cashier and explained to her that I would like to have it replaced for a different flavor. She went to the owner to ask him and the owner flat out refused. My sister only took two bites. I don't know what he thought would happen. Maybe he thought we'd just say ok and continue coming to eat his disgusting food (their ingredients are probably expired for all I know). He clearly doesn't know how to treat customers. I understand if we did this time and again, but it's literally the first time we've come up to ask for a replacement. We didn't even want our money back, I just wanted my sister to eat something that didn't taste of fridge. Sir, you lost a customer that had been spending probably more than 20 dollars a week at your establishment, over less than 2 dollars worth...
