Mobile World — Local services in Houston

Well, what can I say about Mobile world. They have amazing prices, but you get what you pay for minus some. I spent almost 400 on one phone in a month. Apparently I am the problem, not the fact that the quality of the screens is so bad that one drop(with a case causes cracked screens! I purchased a Samsung A14 said to be (brand New) but when signed in already had pre-installed apps onto the phone. Plus the case of thw phone was loose causing my charges to only work at angles, the screen lasted a few weeks but once again j had to get it replaced. When I confronted the shop owner after almost 600 dollars in screens and a phone. He admitted to the quality possibly not being good. I recommend avoiding this establishment for any screen repairs or replacements. He outsourced his work and the Shop on Harwin that does it add apps and add 3 to 4 times the price of the quality of screens used. Good guy, bad service, no...
