After going through a few pool contractors that couldn't even show up to our home to provide us with a proper quote, I came across Pools Infinite on Google. I read the reviews and decided to send them a message. Eli and Jennefer came out to our home on May 26th to survey our property. Eli provided us with great information and listened to our ideas. A few days later, utilities were marked and the ball started rolling. Eli came back out after the markings took place as we were quite sure these would affect where the pool wall actually started. With a busy schedule and running a business of our own, the project took a back seat while we completed other projects around the house. Sometime in July we submitted a request through our HOA and played the waiting game and boy, did we wait. After a few calls and emails to the HOA, we finally received an email from them in late August with several questions. I forwarded the information to Eli as I was receiving them and he actually called our HOA to answer all of their questions. That same evening, our pool request had been granted, thanks to Eli for the huge help. We understood it was peak season for pool construction and since we still had a few things to wrap up on our end, we were not pressing for a start time. Meanwhile we received our contract and Eli actually came back out to our home and had a two hour meeting with us, going over the contract, section by section in detail. He was patient with me and all of my questions as he understood this was not a small project, but a big investment. Fast forward to September 20th, the first day of the project. Excavation team came in hot and ready to work. We did run into a minor problem during excavation, the gas line was hit and we had a gas leak. Centerpoint immediately came out, assessed and repaired the small leak. By the end of the day, the shape of our pool was coming to life. September 21st, the rebar team showed up early and got straight to work. It was impressive to see how quickly everything was taking place. Next day, September 22nd, bright and early, I mean early, we had a crew ready to spray gunite. (Tip: hopefully you are a nice neighbor and you get along with your closest neighbors as there will be noise early in the morning and big trucks in the way) I was impressed with how the guys worked together and moved as a unit. By 1 PM, the shape of the pool was done and the guys were gone. Now another waiting game begins. We had to water the gunite for about 5 minutes each day for the following two weeks. We just set up our sprinklers inside the pool and let them run. During those two weeks Eli's team came back out to do the pipes, install the lights and do the tile work. We had another small incident and during the digging for the pipes, our internet cable was cut, but again, a minor accident and Xfinity repaired the same day. October 20th, plaster is taking place. We are on schedule and on budget, what more could we ask for? That same day, we started to fill the pool. It took about a day and a half to completely fill up. Eli came back out to label our pool equipment, make sure everything was running smoothly and we were comfortable with everything. Hands down, they are the best. We've had a few neighbors stop by during the project and asked for Eli's information so we will continue to recommend him and his team. Overall, a great experience. Two minor incidents, but it's to be expected with such a huge project. We appreciate everyone at Pools Infinite. Thank you Eli for being patient with me and my 100 questions and last minute changes. Without a doubt, you guys are the best. (I am attaching pictures of our project, but please note we still have landscaping, decking and fencing...

Read moreFirst off, thank you so much, Eli!!
We moved here from out of state not knowing anyone. I did a lot of research myself looking for reputable pool contractors and got quotes from at least 8. I was sticker shocked and disturbed by some of the contractors' demeanors. I talked with my neighbors that has pools and heard their stories on how great Pools Infinite was and why they ended up going with Pools Infinite. Plus saw their pools and was in awe with the work that was done. Eli (Pools Infinite) came out and worked with us on getting what we wanted. He was very professional, kind, and trustworthy. The price was great and we were surprised on what we were able to get compared to the other quotes that we got previously from other contractors. Once we were ready, Pools Infinite had their crew out the next day working. The pool was done quickly!! The crew worked like a well oiled machine. (Perfect weather the whole time which really helps also) Eli always made time and made me feel comfortable for me if I had any questions about anything since it was my first time ever having a pool. For any future projects for the house, I will always reach out to Pools Infinite first... (They do more...
