Alexa and staff are a downgrades from prior employees. I’ve had multiple things STOLEN out of my apartment because of “new” maintenance. I am still currently finding new things they have stolen. Im a single woman and besides myself MAINTENANCE is the only people who leave my apartment with valuable items missing. After living here for 4 years, Alexa and the staff are ruining the true community of the apartments. Alexa and staff are very discriminatory towards POC who have been living here before she was thought about. The staff lacks respect. The longstanding Cambury Place Apartments tenants can agree with this statement. I do not recommend these apartments as long as Alexa is manager and the sleazy maintenance remains. I am currently suing Serena Oasis because of Alexa & Maintenance for harassment, etc.

Your claim of “100% occupancy” does not reflect resident satisfaction — it reflects a lack of options for many. I’ve spoken to multiple long-term residents who share my concerns about the changes under current management.

I am documenting these experiences and pursuing the matter through appropriate legal and housing channels. Sweeping public statements and denying lived experiences only make the situation worse.

UPDATE:

After the court approved 4 more weeks for me to stay. In person and in writing. ( I have proof from the court) This company went underhandedly and kicked out on the street today August 15th for an illegal or unlawful eviction. A major lawsuit will be coming to Serena Oasis thanks in advance! Alexa and your staff was the worst thing that happened to Cambury place apartments. Google should pinpoint this review for future references of single women tenants like myself! ( My electronics & personal items was left on the side of the street in the rain.) my property was damaged in the rain by Serena Oasis the pictures provided below. This is a crime. There were suspicious activities involving unauthorized tenants, which I reported to the proper authorities. Management did not provide transparency. The tenants stealing my personal items off the street was the cherry on top! Of course I’m missing valuable things.

I will like to acknowledge the review written by Katrice Evan’s is 100% false. Katrice Evans did not have family members that lived in this community with zero problems. Her family members were accepted into Cambury place apartments through using my name as a recommendation through Ms. Flow not Alexa or Quantrell. Katrice Evan’s does not live in what is now Serena Oasis Apartments neither did she live in Cambury Place Apartments. We came in inquiring about a 1/1 was assisted by Flo. At first it was a issue but she tell us we need a money order for application fee which was $100($50 for each applicant) cool go get it we got approved set a date then was told we had to pay utilities but then it was you need a $150 deposit to hold the apartment, okay no problem was then asked about our current electricity company try to persuade us to go with a pass as you go company told her no we are go with the company we are with, asked about internet she told us they only use Xfinity never said it was mandatory until today when we called to ask about the status because we we're told you needed to have everything transfer over but the date we gave her. Honestly the worse! Please dont go by the 5 star ratings(they must be getting a deal for reviewing). The day I moved in, my apartment was infested with roaches. I’ve only been here for almost 6 months and the A/C has went out 3 times, some electrical sockets dont work and the constant Gun shots! Seriously, it’s a shoot out ATLEAST twice a month . Before signing a lease, drive here at night. Dont worry, the gate is always broken so you’ll have no problem coming in. Make sure to drive to the back (you’ll see what I’m talking about). The water cuts off random hours of the day and the office doesn’t even bother sending out email for the times they are aware. This is an old apartment complex with no renovation. You can tell that they just paint over everything. But I won’t just say the bad things. You get what you pay for and it wouldn’t be half bad If I wasn’t putting in the same maintenance request because the problems never fixed. Or if I stayed in the front .
