I feel like the positive reviews were a bribe or apart of a rewards incentive. The place feels very eery. It reminded me of a “Golf Club” or more like “a cult” once the tour was complete. The manager in the office was completely unsettling. She required that you have absolutely nothing negative on your record, from unpaid bills, repots, derogatory marks, etc. things that had nothing to do with rental history. She was very strict & pointing things out so that I could admit that I didn’t qualify. Before she was even open to letting me tour. She was surely profiling me! She looked me up & down & talked about how “they don’t do drama here”… She addressed me quick even recording in the open space where nobody was walking. She claims residence don’t like when people record. Ok, sounds strange, possessive & controlling. She spoke a million miles a minute. I thought she was doing more than just mixing coffee & energy drinks together as fast as she was rambling. She said you can’t have a felony, which is understandable. I respect that. But also, she said you can’t have a misdemeanor either. You can’t make too much & you have to make a certain amount. I get it because their tax credit but this woman was telling me you had to be PERFECT TO APPLY!!! I feel discriminated against due to my skin color. The decor is not mutual. It’s very “Get Out”… the location of these apartments are in a diverse community. These apartments are out of place. Or they are really trying to target only one race. It’s not a place I would recommend anyone unless they wanted to be a part if a racist community with strict & demeaning rules. This place was frightening to say the least. Amber was amazing throughout my move-in. It was a bit of a hassle getting me in—working with compliance to submit all my documents. It did take a while since I needed extra paperwork, but not too long, and Amber walked me through everything step-by-step. She replied fast—usually within about 30 minutes—and kept me reassured the whole time. She even inspected my unit before I moved in so there were no surprises.

When I moved in, they gave me a sheet to inspect my apartment myself during the first 24–48 hours. I could turn it in so I wouldn’t be charged for any damages I didn’t cause. I think that’s great, because at other places they just hand you the keys, and if something doesn’t get resolved, you can end up paying for it later. Here, they make sure you’re protected from the start.

Every time I came into the office or needed something, Amber stopped what she was doing to assist me. That made me feel really welcome and confident that communicating with the office wouldn’t be a hassle—completely different from my last apartment. Move-in day was smooth, the apartment looks exactly like the photos online, and the community is quiet and peaceful. It’s perfect for families, seniors, or anyone who just wants to come home and relax. The staff are sweet and helpful, and I’m really glad I made the decision...

I called here on Friday May 30th to inquire about availability and touring. I was told I can come by anytime on Monday (today) after 1 PM for a tour. I then stop by at 1:50 and walk into the office. I’m met by a lady who I’m unsure of her name but she had a nasty attitude. I ask about touring and she let me know that she was about to go to lunch and close. She did not give me a time that she was returning nor offered to set me up an appointment to return. She informed me that this was low income housing (which i knew) and that they didn’t have any units available to tour but “people who want to live here already know what it looks like”??? She said this is because they typically move people in right after the other tenants move out. She says the application is in person but again doesn’t ask if I wanted to set up an appointment and gives me no extra information.
