Wow! What can say but thank you! My experience with Steward and Stevenson was amazing! I first went into the service lobby and was greeted by all the service advisors as I started to ask some questions about my MCI J4500 bus. The service manager Mat came from behind the desk and started telling me how awesome his mechanics were especially Jeff expertise with buses! He wasn’t lying! Jeff took no time to pull the engine out the bus and do a complete overhaul! He keep me updated on progress and also parts he suggest I might want to change. This process is not cheap but worth every penny spent especially the way Jeff handled my engine like it was his own. He is very respectful and honest! I felt he was always working to do the job right without any delays! Steward and Stevenson should do something out the ordinary for this guy! Catlin was very helpful on keeping me updated along with Destiny! Mat the service director is the man and you should go give home a chance with all Detroit’s engines or Allison transmissions. AMAZING Techs and service. Had mistakenly gone to freightliner first for a busted radiator to find out after 36hrs there'd be another 5-6 day wait. Called Mathew Richardson here he got me in same day and radiator repaired that day even staying late to do it. He went far above and beyond not only in the exceptional service and repair time but even found out my repairs were still under warranty when Freightliner tried saying they weren't. If you need repairs in the Houston area this is definitely the place you should try first and if you do I'm sure it'll be the last place you need to ask...

Only star is that they answered the phone only after several tries!! Allison Trans in motorhome not working, set up an appointment possibly in two days. We called on the 2nd day and said the Tech had to go offshore, didn't know when he'd be back. They kept saying first come first serve and they are backed up with work. But they charge 165/hr, 2hr min. If a diagnostic takes 15 min you still pay the min. Then THEY can wash & wax my motorhome!! NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and Service Management is...
