Villas at Park Place Apartments — Local services in Houston

An apartment was recently broken into, and the manager is refusing to fix the broken windows. The tenant, a mother with a young daughter, is worried about their safety. The police have caught the person who did it, but the manager still won't offer the tenant a different apartment or repair the windows right away. Instead, the manager says the tenant has to pay for the repairs, even though it’s the manager's job to make sure the property is safe. Horrible water pressure in apartment complex it floods whenever it rains constantly, They have 2 separate apartment address numbers for both buildings so if you have to move here please make sure you have the correct location because we've had package delivered to the wrong address and no one was honest enough to turn it in Upon getting office staff involved for assistance. I was told it wasn't their problem. Okay apartment for whenever you can't get anything else at the moment but that's it otherwise unprofessional...

I don’t recommend this apts they are always shooting around breaking into people’s cars/ houses. The manager have 0 professionalism the apartments have cameras around but for some reason the manager be saying they don’t work she doesn’t cooperate with the cops and she doesn’t like fixing...
