In Spring of 2021 our Lincoln had a light coming on sporadically and I spoke with Dave who said it would need hook it up to the computer. When I arrived the light was off and Dave and the other tech said once it stayed on then would be the time to come in for proper diagnosis. I do not know anything about their sales business, but I would trust them with any mechanical warranty work, or recall work. I can't speak to expertise in the highly technical computer reprogramming recalls that Ford seems to do lately. Mark me...
