Country Café — Restaurant in Woodward Township

This is a nice little place with the best thin crust, fresh made pizza!! I love chicken and green peppers with their marinara sauce!! The other stuff I've tried was good, too!! Rolls are made fresh every day too mmmm.

Note to management: If you need to tell people to move after they sit down, you need to have someone seat people where you want them. Carelessly saying any two seat table, which I didn't understand what the lady said as she sailed out the door, I think she was a waitress leaving. Is rude!

The only reason I gave thos restaurant 1 star for service because, we went in; they don't seat you here you just pick a table, sat down at a corner table for 4 but the waitress came over and told us we needed to move to the next table over which was 6 inches from an occupied table because "It's friday and we just get so crazy busy." OK, I have been a waitress is a few different restaurants and get that but it was 4:15 there were only 4 other occupied tables, we went early to avoid the crazy busy time! To top it off, she wasn't nice at all she was short and rather abrupt. I have been there a few times and didn't see this lady, and the others are rather nice, making the meal enjoyable. My husband said she is why he quit going there years ago. Sad to say, this waitress will kill this cute little place if she doesn't learn...

Being from out of the area, it was so nice to find a restaurant that could accomodate my order. We had a rehearsal dinner for 21 people and it was so easy to place my order and they had it ready on time for our party, included rolls and butter which was a nice additional touch. My mother and I enjoy going there for there Doughboy. They have several kinds. One is a paguchwhich is mashed potatoes and cheese inside a dough and baked, one of my favorite is the Italian one it's on the lines of a Stromboli and the cheese steak one.
