poor communication. called on a Monday, talked to a lady and made an appointment for my daughter for Friday morning at 8:00am. walked in early on Friday, talked to the same lady just for her to say we didn't have an appointment scheduled. weird thing is she gave me 2 options for Friday, 1 was 8am and other was for 6pm, I chose 8am. same lady tried to argue and say she never talked to me but in the same breath said she was the only person working Monday and I had proof on my phone that i talked with someone Monday for almost 2 minutes. tried telling me I never made the appointment, but why would i be there if I hadn't? i even showed proof i talked to her Monday cause my caller ID clearly said, shape and style and the phone number. poor communication and poor management of appointment scheduling. instead of making things right she was going to call another salon. this was my first and last time dealing with this place. kinda sad because i like supporting local businesses, but definitely won't support poor communication and management. so, went to emmy's instead. got an appointment for Monday at 1:45pm, got a call this morning because they had a cancelation and asked if we wanted to come sooner at 12:00pm. now that's customer service, good communication...
