My family and I ordered a whole cow and paid plenty for it and the meat is fatty and the T-Bones are not T-Bones the filet is basically cut out of the T-Bones so technically you can't even call the steak a T-Bone the hamburger looks like it's sat out in the elements because it's not bright red in color it's more like brown we ordered a pound and a half and got maybe a pound and we got more soup bones than one cow can produce. I would highly recommend getting your cow process elsewhere this meat market is scandalous and as far as I'm concerned I would definitely save your money and go elsewhere shame on you North Folk for skimming from other people's meet I would never recommend this place of business ever nor will I be buying from the farmer. People pay good money for their meats coming from a meat market and a farmer and for this kind of business to go on its basically stealing from your customers. doesn't say much for the business or the farmer so we will no longer be purchasing. Save your money...

Stopped at North Fork Meat Market today with my son to check the place out and like most small town meat markets you'll find your necessary essentials behind the clear glass chill box, beef sticks, chops, steaks, burgers brats. Nothing new there, what made this the place I woll be considering now for butchering and processing my hogs, it was their attitude. Ive had hogs done all over. Some amazing some kinda mediocre. The owner himself came out to assist me with my request of ground beef, it was ground right there while I was waiting chatting with his wife. She had the scheduling and prices for me. Great prices. Worth the driving too dam good meat. Ate burgers tonight on the Weber and their meat was so soft, so fresh, and so fricking good ot worth the drive. Thank for spending the time and can't wait to put in our order and see why people...

I always get beef sticks, freshly sliced thick cut bacon and a pig's ear for my dog.

Everything is superb! So delicious and flavorful. Sometimes I will get an additional item, just because it looks way too good not too.

My poochie can't eat most treats because they just don't agree with him. He loves the ears and has never had an issue with them. I learned they only smoke the ears, no additional ingredients, so... perfect.

Staff is diligent and friendly. Good to banter with.

The store is clean and organized with well stocked cases with a good variety.
