Okay, so the apartments themselves are very nice but also super small and expensive. If you have a dog, it’s super nice having the pickup stations & dog run. On the other hand, they have built a crap ton of townhomes and the big complex and it is almost always busy, sometimes you can’t even find parking. You have to pay extra for almost every little thing, management is awful. If you do pay for a garage spot, you’re not allowed to put anything else down there as of this year, and they freak out over the tiniest oil leak even if you have something under your vehicle. The apartment itself is also sinking because this used to be marshland, they’ve also had multiple pipes burst/leak. Definitely be advised if you want to live here, you may need to sell your soul. Edit; very funny how it’s considered “retaliation”, because none of the new stuff was discussed when we moved in. We had no clue there was going to be price increases and all the construction, and it’s a new thing that they said having stuff in the garage is not allowed, so we have every right to be mad. It also states that the car can’t be on the property if it’s in a state of disrepair, nothing about oil, but funny how there’s been a car sitting in the parking lot for...

I absolutely loved living in these beautiful apartments! If I wasn’t moving out of the Green Bay area, I most definitely would’ve continued to rent from here. The apartments are so beautiful, spacious, and modern. There are big windows that bring in so much natural light, and the kitchen is bright and airy, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is very spacious as well. I loved the porch and the big picture door that led to the porch, as well as the gorgeous views of the nearby walking trails. Another thing that I loved about these apartments is that they are very peaceful and quiet - I rarely heard my neighbors, even neighbors who had dogs. Additionally, I loved using some of the apartment features, including the workout center. Betty, the apartment manager, is one of the kindest, sweetest individuals ever, and was quick to reply to my emails and any questions or requests that I had. If you’re looking for a safe, cozy, beautiful new home in the Green Bay area, then I absolutely recommend renting from these...

I love living here. Prior to moving back to Green Bay, I was an every two year mover as I didn’t feel at home in my apartments. I have been here since 2020 and don’t plan on going anywhere else. The unit itself is lovely, but the real catch is the community and staff that Alliance has here. Betty and Sylvia always have a smile and time for a conversation, time to dote on my dog, and always listen to my concerns (which are few). Billy and the maintenance team are awesome, Robert keeps our common areas clean and well maintained, and the groundskeepers do a nice job. I am always greeted warmly by every member of the team here, and I know if there is ever anything I need help with, they will be there!
