Stopped in for the first time w friends from out of town. The first person had 2 orders and before they even finished up her orders, me and another person were asked what kind of bread we wanted. Yes, we were all together, but it was a cluster to have all 3 of us up there trying to tell them what we all wanted. They forgot the spinach on mine and the turkey. They didn't heat up the meatball sub for another and forgot to ask the third if she wanted any sauce and had to unwrap it because the worker never asked if she was done ordering. We asked for pricing on additional items and they were guessing the costs instead of looking.. the bread was super dry like it was a few days old. They were so confused and had 2 people talking and putting stuff on all subs at one time. I basically just said...yep to whatever she asked me because we were all crammed up by the glass to see what was being put on our sandwich, but they couldn't get it straight with who had what. I won't be returning. We all ended up throwing the subs away after a few bites.. nothing in it was fresh... very disappointing... no one was behind us, no rush was...

Went in to pick up an app order of a six inch meatball sub and they said all they had left in the whole store was 2 meatballs.
Asked to cancel my order since they couldn’t fill it and it was already paid for, but said they can’t refund online orders and I should do it on the app, which is not an option on the app.
Sent a message via the website to get a refund and the regional manager who responded just said “I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view. I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service.”

Read morei placed an online order and when i went inside to go pick up my order i noticed one of the workers making the subs was checking customers out at the register with their gloves on (touching the computer and cash) then without changing their gloves, they then proceeded to put their hands in the veggies to make other subs WITHOUT CHANGING THEIR GLOVES. after watching this happen many times while only being in the store for about 10 minutes, the worker then answered the phone with those same gloves on. they once again did not change their gloves then placed their hands back in the veggies to make subs. although the workers were nice, this is very disappointing and disturbing considering...
