The suit I purchased here was of nice quality, but the service experience left a lot to be desired. I clearly asked for the pants to be tailored to a slim fit, but when I came to pick up the suit, the pants were still baggy. I had to leave them again for additional alterations, which was frustrating since the store isn’t close to where I live.

While dropping the pants off again, I also asked for buttons to be added for suspenders. When I returned, the buttons still hadn’t been sewn in — another instruction that was ignored.

Overall, I’d still recommend shopping here for the quality of the suit, but be prepared to double-check all your instructions and follow up to make sure they’re actually completed. Miscommunication seems to...
