Update12/24... I have to change my rating because it seems some things have changed and I can honestly say, I have had many great interactions and experiences here with receiving my mail/packages. Everyone lately has been nothing short of outstanding!! I truly hope the great customer service continues because NOW I am starting to feel like we have a post office that cares. I will leave my old review below only because it's not often you see such a drastic positive change in customer service as I have seen and experienced lately here! Thank you!!

Ok. I have lived here for a little over 3 years now. Without question, I have been paying the ever increasing ridiculous post office box rates so that I can get mail. I don't pay for a small box, I pay for the biggest po box. Well, with the past staff, everything was great. However, some staff has changed at this location and they are less than willing to do their job. The days of having a hometown post office have been tossed to the wayside and replaced by numbers/profit only customer service...if you even want to call it that! We are now treated like a number. There is no more customer service in today's society. I'm told by one veteran worker of this post office location to write my address a certain way to get deliveries that otherwise wouldn't be able to be delivered to a po box. When I list my address as she suggested, the rest of the po workers at this exact location do not honor that method and constantly return my packages to sender. Now, you work in a small town post office. You do not deal with the world's mail, just the mail for our small town. If you cannot recognize a name and honor the way one of your head po workers at this location tell me to write my address, why do you even work here? You are NOT customer service oriented. You are pay me to do the bare minimum workers!!! So sad. I pay of 400 a year for my po box too. But that don't mean anything to you. So you get your paycheck on Friday and I get my packages returned to sender. Great...

I live in a rural area in whetstone arizona, we use the Huachuca city postal code for mail, we were approached by the route lady and told we will no longer receive mail to our address until we move our mailbox closer to the road (it's only a foot and a half off the road) no 10 day notice not a single thing just walked up and said no more mail... so I called and they said they were asking everyone in my neighborhood to move their boxes as literally every single persons mailbox is this way... I know all of me neighbors very well so I called around and literally out of 22 people not one single person besides me was asked to move the mailbox... so I have a signed paper from all 22 residents saying they were never asked to move their mailbox... and 14 of then are over 3 feet from the road mine is one of the closer ones... very minipulatI've corporation and one of the worst mail carriers ever, switched to UPS and have not lost a...

Horrible!!! Horrible!!!Horrible!!! Contracted Employees delivering mail!!!!They deliver when they feel like it!They will Mase ur pets that protect theyre own property!!!They will claim ur recepticals r blocked so they dont have to deliver ur mail!!!Even when uve gone outta ur way to leave tons of room for here to get in and out !!!You have to install security systems watching ur mailbox!!! as withholding ur mail is a federal offence !!!The post master General does Nothing to correct this issue and could care less!!!The people who work inside r rude and unsympathetic to what going on with thier contracted employees!!!Dont trust thier mail system at all ! Protect ur mail and ur pets by getting a p.o.box in sierra vista az.Take ur issues to the police with complaints its a federal offence and thier getting...
