The store Manager has poor people skills!

I had purchased a store item that was unopened plus a receipt and was refused to return or exchange.

The circumstances were obvious.

She had no desire to exchange or refund.

Needless to say her motives were obvious. She didn’t care and because it’s a small town store she felt comfortable that she had the upper hand. Wow!

This reflects poorly on management, the employees are good however. They just work for a horrible boss.

The store is in a very small town, and for most people out here Walmart and other stores like that are really far, so we decided to try this one. This is a good grocery store to use some other prices are a little more expensive than you say Walmart or HEB but if you use their points program it kind of balances out to be the same they have a friendly knowledgeable staff on what they have stock on their shelves which Walmart does not have this feature and they are fairly quick at the cash register they do...
