Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Hubbard

Yuck! Worst place to eat in Hubbard. Cheeseburger was tasteless and onion rings terrible. Only second time to eat there since they opened. Now we remember why. Do not recommend.

UPDATE: Saturday, JUNE 1. We'll, it only gets worse. Sonic management, please check your security camera this morning about 6:15-6:30 am and observe the behavior of "Amie", your employee, who said the security camera would prove she was in the right and continue watching it as she tells her boss she gave me the order I asked for and I could hear her calling me rude within earshot! Per your menu, I ordered the croisonic sandwich, plainly, clearly, reading it off your menu as written. Instead, she served me the Toaster, saying I asked for the "sandwich!" I ordered it as STATED on the menu! She kept up the argument! The corrected sandwich she served me I took one bite and threw it out, dry and burned. I just wanted to get out I was sooooo mad! Please check that security camera as she threatened me with. I would love it! And you offered to file a report with the franchise owner for someone else. PLEASE DO For ME!!!!

I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!! And the poor food quality along with employees like this one probably are the reason the parking lot is usually...

We were in this small town for work. and unfortunately, this sonic was the closest If not the only restaurant. This particular sonic is a sit down style restaurant with the drive-thru, so we thought that was kind of unique. As I walked up to place my order, I politely greeted the cashier by saying,” hello”. In return he said,” your name?”. I then said hi again, in which he did not respond. He smirked and then repeated,” name, please??” I then asked him was he not gonna speak today And the manager laughed. I went on to place my order, even though I was not acknowledged. my friend ordered a kids meal and I ordered a number 10 meal and they were the same size. I’m unsure of why the cashier, Who later said his name was Tyler, was so rude but it’s clear that this is his normal behavior. I’m not sure if my race played a part in his rudeness but I do know that I will not be returning back to this...

I've debated on giving this review. I am not a frequent customer of Sonic, however recently I visited this Sonic in Hubbard. It was around 6 in the evening. I witnessed a lady with gray hair literally jump on an employee in front of everyone there. The young man and the rest of the staff looked dumbfounded by this. This young man did take my order afterward. He apologized for me having to witness this. He was very professional in his job, even after that ordeal. His name was Damion. I did not inquire about her name. I've been in a couple of times since that, and he always has a smile on his face, totally changing the perspective of this place from my past visits. Please see that this is addressed. No one needs to be screamed at in front of other associates or customers. I am giving 5 stars because of the way this young man handled...
