Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!! This place will steal from you. I went looking for a chair for my mom, found one I thought she would like. It was $599 so I asked if they had the chair in stock, could I leave with it that day, the lady said yes yes yes. So I brought my mom to make sure she liked it because it's her chair and it's not cheap. suddenly they didn't have any extra in that store so if I wanted it I would have to take the floor one. It had a fray but it wasn't anything bad. No problem, she needed something, she liked it, so we agreed. The guy was jamming it into the back of her SUV, and they lady checked her out before I made it back so we had no idea their stuff is non refundable. No one said anything. Now that wasn't in my mind because I wasn't buying to return. We bought it Wednesday late afternoon. Well it's Friday, she called to see if she can return it because as she's trying to lay back and the chair keeps pushing her forward. It's in the name "recliner" not push you forward chair... The lady Becky said to her well because of your weight the chair will push you forward. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! First, if you know that why wouldn't you tell your customer that? Second, who says that? So they did agree to charge her $50 to exchange it (not even 2 days later and I have to pay you to swap out chairs?) even though their paper says they will charge you 40%. Ok so then I tried to call and ask about the fray, Becky kept cutting me off as I was talking, I kept asking her to stop so she hung up on me, so I called back she gets nasty again then said she will not argue these are the options then hung up again. So not only did say it's my mom's fault for picking that chair, they will not refund because she agreed to take the chair, and now no one will answer because she said I'm yelling at her.    Read moreI bought a mattress and adjustable bed. In my opinion the adjustable bed is over rated. If I had given more thought to the purchase I would have bought just box springs and mattress. I also bought the kit to have headboard attached correct. But the head board isn't steady and keeps wobbling back and forth hitting my wall which is very annoying. I would not buy another adjudtable bed again and if I could sell this one I would do so. The adjustable bed reminds me too much of a hospital bed which is very depressing. Sales person brian was nice and respectful.
Addendum: I will never go back to sims. I have a bed frame that sims says has adjustable legs. Guys come to adjust the bed legs and say cant do it not adjustable legs. The bed is to high for me to get in without pain in my back. But when bed was sold to me salesman, Brian, says legs are adjustable. I am so confused. I have spent over 2,000.00 plus but to it's not working for me. Customer service sucks at sims. When you call they refer you to brooksville office and they are a joke. Really. Dont they know what they are selling? If the legs cant be adjusted why don't the salesman know this! I'm done...
   Read moreOrdered desk from Hudson store they showed us one in catalog and we said okay it came in very poor quality and it was supposed to be pure white as the sales girl said because we want white! When it came draws did not shut right and it was paper on top was distressed look!! Had repair guy out because that was first step then got call from service left msg on my phone that it was a special order and they could do nothing!! I was never told it was a special order so I can not understand why service would say that!! Left msg and haven’t heard back ! I think I have to do other measures to get my money back. Sincerely disappointed! Don’t buy anything from them we also years ago ordered living room furniture from them and after waiting 12 weeks and them saying it was on the truck as we spoke they finally said it was discontinued! I should have known better then giving them another chance!!...
