Went here for breakfast with my husband and mother and what a disappointment! Let’s start from the beginning we sat down and was waiting 10 minutes just for a menu. A group came in 5 minutes after us and got menus and silverware before we were even acknowledged. Finally they took our drinks which was just water. After looking at the menu for a bit we decided on getting 2 empanadas, a breakfast sandwich, fruity pebble pancakes, and a Cuban sandwich. We stay for 20 minutes waiting for food. The table of 6 who ordered after us started receiving their food before we did. My husband got his Cuban about 10 minutes before my mother and I got our food and that’s because we asked where our food was. Finally they bought our food and what another disappointment! The empanadas had no flavor at all and were very greasy. The fruity pebble pancakes were dry and cold. Also for $14 you would think they would but fruity pebble in the pancake but it was just plain pancakes with fruity pebbles on top. The breakfast sandwich was cold. The bacon was barely cooked and it had so much cheese slices on it you couldn’t actually enjoy the sandwich. For the wait they gave us a “ Complementary” pumpkin bread slice which they ended up charging us for. We asked for water and they charged us $2 per a water(it was not bottled and we did not ask for bottled water). Finally when it came to paying they don’t give you a receipt and it did not give us the option of leaving a custom tip.
