Stay a way went in went over what i was trying to do he showed me a raido i told him the vehicle it was going in showed him a picture of the radio let him know what was on the steering wheel he took it from there got it installed they could not get the back up cam to work they put in a off the wall camera that looked no were as good as the one i hade not only that i lost features that were in the other raido that operate items in my vehicle witch they hade no clue were not working i hade to tell them once i found out there responce was well its the brand of truck and how they put things in the raido that makes it to were you can get them all when changeing raidos from stock ones not only that they cut up my trim over the glove box said they would replace it but i dont think ill see that now that i hade them remove the raido and put mine back in witch they changed me for . Then i guy that runs the place tryed to put it back on me on why things did not work like the should after i told him what controled things in my truck from the radio after he looket at the picture of the raido and the truck theres more to be said about this .ess but ill stop here all i can say is dont leave till you have what your are paying for. If anything go further down the road to a nother place they know what there doing

12/15/23 Update they are incorrect about the items they are saying would not work the way they should of they hade no clue about what would are would not work other then to say all items shouls work as planed after ordering different parts When i brought to there attention what did not work they said o yes that not going to so they hade no clue As fare as the back up camera the manger said it would work better then what u have now with the owner next to him the owner corrected him and said no it will work just as he has now so there you go neather one new and it was the worst camera you could have ever wonted to look at when useing i could go on about this but as i say do your homework before beleaving what you are told by them as far as me leaving bad reviews about other places if your good your good if your bad then you get whats coming to you abd by the way they still have not payed for are placed the trim over the...

What an awesome experience I've had with this great local business! I went in to see if they had any ideas that could help me restore the XM I lost on my 11 year old Cadillac SRX. Joe suggested a part that I could buy off of ebay which I did. There were no guarantee's that this was the correct part but it was affordable and we needed to rule it out. Unfortunately it was not the part that needed to be replaced. But, for all the work that they did that day they charged me a minimal fee. I was more than impressed to say the least. I went back on ebay and bought a used radio for my SRX and had them install it and discovered it was locked! Max went out of his way and over and above to call Cadillac and GM to find out what needed to be done to unlock it. It needed to be unlocked by Cadillac. Max put my old radio in as it still played FM/AM and the camera worked. I was not charged for all the time Max spent on it that day. Max suggested I call Cadillac back to see how much it would cost to have it unlocked. I called Cadillac the next day and they quoted me a fair price to program the locked radio. Called Audio Video Creations and asked if they could reinstall the used radio so Cadillac could program it (unlock it). They did for no charge. Again, I was overwhelmed with the time and effort they put into my car with all the problems involved. I've never dealt with a more dedicated team of knowledgeable experts in all my life. Joe and Max are so nice to talk to and very dedicated to helping their customers. Honest, hard working and strong moral integrity as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING !!!

My son bought his stereo equipment online , and took all of his equipment to this company for a install quote . He quoted a price and my son made an appointment. When we showed up for his appointment on Saturday, my son added an extra amp for 399 dollars and change his box design . The manager of the store quoted a 1000 dollars for the whole job. During the install the manager called us to explain that the second amp would cause him to change his battery and alternator on his truck . My son didn't want to do that , so he decided not to install the second amp . When they truck was finshed he had a bill of 780 dollars . I called the manager , an asked him how that could be, as it was $1000 quote with the second amp and 70 for the install rate and they agreed not to install due to the battery and alternator situation . If you take 399 and 70 off a 1000 Bill is should be around 531 for the complete install charge , instead we got charge 780 dollars with removing the second amp .

The manager explained that my son wasn't clear with all equipment that he was hooking up, is why there was additional fees . This was a total lie as I help my son load up all his equipment to take to this gentleman so he can get a accurate quote .

Please be very cautious on what they are going to charge , as they are not a honest and up front business . Get everything you can...
