A while back my son and I went to watch a movie here. We ended up having to leave before the previews even finished. So we came back a few hours later, I went back thru line and bought my tickets again. Obviously it wasn't the theaters fault we had to leave. Well when we walked in, I guess one of the employees noticed us leave early, and told the manager. He started towards me looking upset and I didn't know what was going on. He started apologizing and saying he just found out what happened earlier. And that if he would have known he would not have charged us to come back. Then he gave us two more punches on our customer card, which gives you a free movie after so many, and told the consessions lady that we could have whatever we wanted for free. I let my son get what he wanted and then only asked for a small bag of popcorn for myself. The lady said, "No!" Then gave me a huge bag lol. Then I said I didn't need a drink, I would share with my son. Again she refused that idea lol. And gave me the super humongous drink! Normal businesses do not act this way. I love telling people this story and I love taking my family to this theater. On top of the customer service, it is always clean with a great environment. Way better than any place in Jackson. I usually love coming to this theatre but yesterday me and my son came to see avengers I spent 14.00 for the movie and 14.00 for popcorn and drinks and candy only to spend the entirety of the movie with a man snoring very loudly behind me. When complaints were made by me and other customers he was asked to wake up but never done so. I asked for a refund only to be told they couldn't do that. I received one free ticket instead.. Now this does not fix things for me, so thank you Humboldt theatre but I will not return and keep in mind I am there about three...

Best place to watch new movies. Updates every time there is a new movie, like the new live action Lelo and Stitch Movie!! The young ones can even get a small pack that comes with a drink, snack, and some popcorn!! The seats are super comfy, and usually you can get easy access to tickets if you order online. They also have candy, popcorn, pretzels, and pickle pops to choose from(bought separately). Plus, when you buy the tickets, they don't give you a specific place to sit!! You get free will for where to watch...
