Dollar General — Local services in Humphrey

I understand that workers are scarce and not what they should be. But waiting 10 minutes to be checked out is ridiculous. Especially when I'm the only customer in the store. So I went to find someone who was working. Only to be met with disgust and attitude. Went to the office cause I heard someone in there. Didn't say a word. Then through the wall I get "Can I help you with something?" I said yes I'm ready to be checked out. "I'll be there in a minute, thanks for your patience." Not said nicely, but with heavy attitude. Then she proceeds to walk out to the register with a look and posture, like I did something wrong by wanting to be checked out. Doesn't acknowledge me at all. Its hard to describe how much disgust attitude she had. Also it was 630pm. Not even closing time. If you hate your much so much that you can't even fake customer service for 2 minutes...

I walked in the door at 8:40pm and clerk to me to hurry up because they close in 20 minutes. Floors were very wet and l was concerned someone could fall. They were out of a lot of product and cleaning supplies I needed. The last customer came out while I was still in parking lot and locked door at 8:47. Customer pulled up and they were locked out! Store closes at 9pm so why is it closing early? Also, a friendly reminder is one thing about closing but no customer should be told...

Worst store ever. The manager is disrespectful and likes to talk about others people behind their back. The store is dirty, you wait forever till someone checks you out, one of the employees likes to swear while customers are in the store shopping!!! It’s Unacceptable and shows poorly...
