I went into the store not looking for furniture, actually, which makes this review all the more relevant. As I walked into the store, I was not assaulted by sales people. I found my way to the counter and was greeted by two smiling faces, which did not melt after I presented my request for help with a replacement part for furniture not purchased from them. They not only identified the part manufacturer, but the owner then proceeded to go online and look up how I could go about purchasing the product. He even printed out the web page for me!
