You are greeted as soon as you open the door at this facility. The secretary/receptionist stood from her desk and welcomed us in. She asked had we been there before, and we had, however, she still explained to us where everything is located and to enjoy our visit and do not hesitate to ask any questions. The gift shop is very clean, and well supplied and organized. The trophy cases are amazing and have all the trophies won by the JGR drivers past/present. The overlook observation area is very spacious with an amazing view of the shop floor. You can see all the cars at various steps of the process from the bare chassis, to the cars covered ready for transport. The “theater” is state of the art, and shows a very cool “movie” on a continuous loop. As I stated this was not our first visit, and this one was not planned per se, as we live about 45 minutes away, and had to be in the Huntersville area on this specific date (06/11/18) so we just dropped in. As luck would have it, we saw Coach Gibbs on the shop floor below, and he waved up to us and smiled. As we walked back toward the trophy cases, the elevator opened, and yes, Coach Gibbs walked out of the elevator and had my wife, my son and I follow him over to the receptionist desk, where he autographed 2 of his NY Times Best Seller Books, and gave one to my wife and I, and one to my son. He chatted with us for a few minutes, and took time to take a picture with us. I have been a fan of Joe Gibbs since I was 7 years old, and 36 years later I had the opportunity and pleasure to meet him with my family. This place is so well maintained and beautiful. The grounds outside are equally as impressive and well manicured. There isn’t any wonder why Joe Gibbs has been successful in any endeavors he has approached. His faith in God, and attention to detail is unrivaled by most. A visit to his shop, and if you’re lucky, and opportunity to meet him will...

As a friend of the Buck Bumgarner family, I want to thank you for the support you have given Buck for the time he was a part of your organization. It was shown to this community in such a loving and caring way during Buck's memorial service this past Saturday. The words that Mr. Gibbs, Mr. Dyer, and Mr. Alpern shared were uplifting and inspiring. I was blessed, as was the whole assembly, by everything spoken. As I told Mr. Alpern after the service, this organization and Mr. Gibbs have won some of the greatest accomplishment in sports, but leading a man to a relationship with Christ is the greatest of all. "What good would it do to gain the whole world and yet lose your soul?" May God continue to bless this organization and the many efforts in touching people and their...

I have a lot of respect for & faith in, Coach Gibbs. But he bears at least some of the responsibility for how his drivers handle themselves. Hamlin seems to think he is God's gift to NASCAR, and Busch couldn't be any more of a spoiled brat if he actually WERE a 7 year old girl. If I didn't respect Coach Gibbs as much as I do, I wouldn't mind his name being associated with two teams that have become laughing stocks. Great talent has consistently been trumped by emotional weaknesses... hence zero championships since the heydays of Jarrett & Labonte, and Stewart. With Edwards moving to JGR in '15, they'll have three jacka** drivers weighing down Kenseth. Good luck with the Kindergarten...
