Decided to write a review after 2.5 years of visiting the gym. Good 1. Always very friendly management. And communication between visitors because many people come here for few years at the same time. 2. The equipment is very diverse and is updated as it wears out, over the last year they have changed most of the dumbbells, small bars, Smith machine, horizontal press bench (unfortunately it's ugly asymmetrical, one end of the bar is lower than the other and the bar is not perpendicular to the bench, people don't use it often anymore, Matrix equipment sucks as always. But at least bench is new now). 3. Absolutely clean equipment, gym and bathrooms. No dust. The workers put a lot of effort and time to keep the cleanliness of the gym at the highest level. 4. The gym is open 24/7 (unfortunately most people come after 5-6pm). 5. There are always workers or trainers in the gym until late in the evening. 6. Trainers can help you if you are beginner or you need every day workout program and assistance. Bad: 1. The gym and trainers make money by training a group of 4-6 people. They occupy a small room for gymnastics, stretching, yoga, etc. for 2 hours. This happens during peak hours, after 6pm, when the gym is full. Ok, fine, make money, business must grow. But what about other visitors who paid money and would also like to work out in this room themselves? If a group of 5 people occupies the equipment/room for 1.5-2 hours - this is simply a disregard for other visitors. And every time after 6pm there are people in the gym who are working out on a mat somewhere between the machines for stomach or even in the corner near the smith machine. Group classes should not be during peak hours. 2. Air is always hot here. The conditioner is set to 67 or 69 or 70. It makes no difference. It doesn't work correctly anyway. It's always 72-74F here. Today the gym broke the "record". 77F at 4pm. Unbelievable. And judging by the photo, they set heating mode, not cooling. I have already contacted the management twice with this problem. Keep sweating, guys. 3 weeks ago I came to the gym afternoon and left after 20 minutes, it was impossible to work out. Today my daughter said after 30 minutes - Dad, I'm tired, it's terribly hot. And she went home. If your body is not ready to lift weights in an overheated condition - come after 8pm, as I sometimes do. Or even after 9pm. There are few people at this time and you can open the back door a little, people often open it for cool fresh air.

Decided to put membership on hold on Feb 15 because they have no resonable guest options or membership that allows guest. On March 8th I called in about a $4 charge to my card which shouldn't even be on file (I pay manually online and never clicked save my card info). Upon making the call March 8th I decided to cancel because i was hassled when I wanted to use my prime membership through my health insurance to pay (and guest policy). Was told I needed to provide proof of work status and that i work at my job which is odd seeing as non of the other gyms or fitness centers i attend required this, having the prime card and membership number was sufficient elsewhere. When I called March 8th w/o saying names I was told It would be taken care of by one of the top managers. Just a few days ago I was charged $60 (My very last few coins btw) this puts me in a very hard life spot now seeing as it's spring break for my son and I needed that for the extra child care/food. I can't even get in touch with a manager because apparently the manager on duty says they are all out of town or on vacation until Saturday if not Tuesday. After being a member for 2 years or more this has more than left a sour taste in my mouth and ruined a...

Very poor customer service. I just moved back to the area. I’ve been a member here before. Honestly, I only use this gym because the location is very convenient for me.

So I arrived at the gym this morning, it’s a Saturday, with every intention of renewing my membership.

I was told that I couldn’t because their Internet was down. I was given the option of signing up online, but then they couldn’t activate my card until Monday… Meaning, I couldn’t work out over the entire weekend.

I’m a previous member. I’m there telling them that I want to sign up. And they wouldn’t even let me stay for a workout.

No options, I had to leave.

So I left, and I’m not coming back. There are other gyms in the area better than this one. I’ll drive a little further to go somewhere that cares about...
