The Farm Bureau Insurance Office in Huntingdon is a little gem tucked away right in the heart of our town. I used to be with another insurance company but I grew frustrated with dealing with online, robots, and long distance communication if I needed anything concerning my lines of business. I knew I wanted to have a face-to-face interaction so I searched for insurance companies located in Huntingdon. I called a couple and got some quotes, Farm Bureau was a comparable rate to the others, but the Farm Bureau Office’s customer service surpassed them all. The girl who took my call was exceptionally kind and helpful to get my information. My agent was quick to give a call back with numbers. He even ended up saving me some more money by writing up a life insurance policy for me! Life insurance was something I didn’t ever think about before, but now I have peace of mind for my family if something were to happen PLUS I’m saving on my other policies. I have to praise two specific ladies. My daughter had a wreck this week that totaled out her car. She’s fine, ego is bruised ,but she will be okay. For preface I only have my vehicle and hers so when this happened we had to have a rental extremely fast. I work full time,she is currently in college, and working 2 jobs. I called to explain the urgency and Alex and Katelyn jumped into action to help me. It was close to closing time (I know the feeling all too well of getting ready to go and something pops up that makes you late getting out) , however these ladies called multiple counties, multiple places to finally get me into one. We then had an issue with said rental as my fiancé’ and I had a trip out of state for the weekend ,said rental couldn’t be taken out of state so they AGAIN helped me get into another rental so that we could go on my birthday trip.
