I came to this studio 2 days ago after talking to Emma, the owner, for an hour of consultation. She was so sweet and patient. That was the first time for me to have eyelash extensions and I really didn’t know anything about it, but that was ok, since Emma went over the entire process and options with me and answered all my questions. She then helped me chose the style I can start with, a classic mix with a bit of volume, to give me a natural eyelash look and allow me to get used to carrying lashes, while still providing the beauty factor I was looking for. As it turns out this was a great choice, as otherwise I would’ve been overwhelmed with the look and the weight of the thick lashes. I really appreciate the fact that she recommended what’s best for me although it was a lower priced option. I also appreciate the time and attention she put in selecting the best option for me.

On top of that she told me that in 3 days if I would want to fix or adjust anything thing, they will do it for free. I’m so happy I found a place with a heart like this. The staff and Alice, who did my lashes, were wonderful. I Highly recommend this place and speaking about it with my friends I realized that I just had a rare and great experience that is hard to find...

I recently visited this eyelash studio , and I couldn't be happier! Despite having allergies to eyelash extensions in the past, the consultant went above and beyond, offering a free patch test with a special cream before my appointment. I had no reaction whatsoever! The next day, I went in for a full set, and the result was stunningly natural. I experienced only minimal redness on my eyelids for a couple of hours, which was a vast improvement from my previous experiences of itching, swelling, and prolonged redness. I'm beyond grateful for finding this professional, as I've always wanted to consistently get eyelash extensions. Thank you for the exceptional service...

I’m not sure if everyone is having this experience or. Just me. However.

Every time I book with them. My apt is either canceled, moved around or , pushed back due to there lack of over booking or not having enough staff.

I also complained once was offered a free session (which was never honored ) to be booked another apt where they rushed me through and exclaimed that it was rushed because they were over booked.

So far I have had one first great experience and it was when I first got them done. Don’t get me wrong the prices are great however there customer care is very very bad.
