I stopped by this particular location on 09/8/2025 first and last time I go to this particular location. When I walked in yes I was greeted in by the guy that was there; there was a line to order but that line moved pretty fast no complaints there. My pet peeve that got me was the fact that the cashier did not freaking acknowledge us her registered was down or frozen I truly don’t know but she didn’t give anyone a heads up she should of at least been like hey it’s going to be a little bit more of a wait due to my registered being frozen or something like that but no instead she started FaceTiming people asking if this has ever happened to them how can she fix it what cables did she pull so the system could restart etc. I was there waiting in line I can say a good 8 minutes or more once it was my turn to pay again no acknowledgment from her saying she’s sorry for the hold or anything like that. I a thousand times prefer the Bell Gardens location than the HP location...
