Los Angelitos Bakery — Restaurant in Huntington Park

Arrived for my phone order. The cashier was attending a customer. The other employee was attending a customer with an order. There was a customer selecting his choice of bread. The cashier finished attending the only customer in line when I arrived. The other gentleman finished selecting his choices and stood in line after I arrived. At that moment when she finished with the customer she was attending when I arrived. I told her I was there to pick up my phone order. She asked for my name and then she turned around and attended the other man. I found that rude, very rude since I was next in line. I then walked over to the other employee and told her what the cashier did. She apologized and got my order in less than a minute. To begin with the cashier when I went in the store did not even greet the customer. By the way bread was good. Customer service not...

Ordered a birthday cake. The cake looked like a 3 year old made it. Asked for a discount or have them fix it. For some odd reason, they saw nothing wrong with it ( see pictures below). All she was able to offer was a $5 discount out of $70. There was no apology. I hoped the cake tasted better than what it looked like. She assured me it will ...I arrived home and the cake completely came apart.

It was the worst cake of my life!!! 3 inches of cake with 2cm of strawberries with more thick cream and another 3 inches on cake on top. Cake was chewy and in some areas dry.

I got my first concha bouquet 💐 for mothers day and other goodies! first time there, and im can't say enough about Angelitos Bakery. Great customer service, quick turn around time, and hands down the best pan dulce I've had in a long time! I started following them on tik tok and Instagram. I reached out and they I was so pleased how quick they answered my DMs. I love the simplicity, humility of the place 💜 and the love you get when you walk in to their Bakery. They even follow up with you , after you pick up your orders, to see how satisfied you are. Los Angelitos, please continue staying real! in our latino community.
