We were members for 5 years. I definitely witnessed the favoritism that others have mentioned.

After our contract was over, they still took the money from my bank account. I notified them right away. It took 2 1/2 weeks before I received the refund. No apologies from them, just blaming someone else. They even said that it had been happening to others. After 2 weeks I asked about my refund. They were a bit defensive with me and referred me to the company that handles the payments for them. Suggested I contact them as to why their email made it seem like they waited 2 weeks before processing the refund.

On a side note, I think one reason for all the 5 star reviews since 9/25/2019 is due to their raffle for those leaving a review on...

It's gone to . After a while of not going I came back to instructors cancelling classes because not enough people, and instructors not showing up. And then I learned the instructors were getting paid basically nothing.

Run an ethical business. Pay your instructors an actual wage so they can afford to stay and teach. I used to be proud to carry that red Z with me everywhere I went. Not anymore.

What an outstanding place... I didn't like seeing negative reviews here because that don't fit my experiences with Zs Martial Arts.
