TA Express — Local services in Huntsville

I'm utterly disappointed with TA my husband and I normally go to TA's for fuel and everything this morning my husband has such a bad experience there (that while losing one company may not be a big deal for them is a frustrating deal for us) my husband went in to fuel and get coffee and took forever for them to give him a fuel receipt after asking nicely several times. Then proceeds to try and get coffee normally we get lucky and people don't charge him for coffee but the person behind the counter said im charging you for coffee. After some frustrating conversation he said I'll be right back. Comes back in the lady proceeded to dump his coffee out lost a piece of his coffee and said "I didn't think you wanted it" that is completely unacceptable and disrespectful he brought in his own cup. She had no right doing that. He asked for a manager and with a crappy attitude 🙄 said theres no manager on duty can't help you. This is...

This store was recently remodeled, and they need to fire whoever did it. Cooler doors aren't closing all the way, shower is cramped and the changing area in the shower is very poorly laid out and riddled with evidence of incompetent morons doing the remodel (bad trim, unfinished tiling etc), the toilets are all eco toilets that were improperly installed and adjusted so it takes more than one flush just to flush some urine and they don't want you to flush toilet paper.

On the good side, the store is generally clean and well stocked, though not real big. The employees are all nice enough.

The person who complained about old ribs left their review in the wrong place. This TA doesn't have a restaurant in it, just a roller grill and hot box. There's a Mexican restaurant next door, so if he got bad ribs from there, that's not...

I want to add my two cents worth regarding the female trucker who was blocked from using the restroom by a male employee and peed on herself right there in front of him. Who hasn't ever run in to use the bathroom BEFORE making a purchase? When you gotta go, you gotta go. There is NO excuse for his inhumane, unprofessional behavior and I hope, at the very least, he is fired. Terrible excuse for a human being, and he should be ashamed. What if someone treated HIS mom that way? IF this is something that can be addressed legally, I hope this driver hires a good lawyer.
