This gentleman who runs this place cries that he has no business. He doesn't understand he's at a truck stop. And over the years with his erratic schedule people have turned to other places instead of coming here. I didn't make it here last night till 10:00 he closed at 9:00. As I wandered through the convenience store next door trying to find something to eat. There was up to 10 people doing the same thing. All because restaurants closed. Sign on the door says he opens at 8:00 a.m. I came off my break at 7:30 I deliberately waited. Because two days running back and forth to Houston to Dallas I'd like to have a warm cooked meal. But here it is 8:48 this place locked up tighter than a drum. And once again numerous people as I set up front in the parking lot waiting on my clock to start or walking up to the door and turn around and walking away because this place is closed. Maybe what they ought to do is rent a spot up here right next to this restaurant for a taco truck to park and run 24/7 they'll probably get rich. Then when we wouldn't have to listen to this person every time you go in there and sit down on how he doesn't have business no more. Remember this is a truck stop location it runs 24/7 you want to make money you cater to the truck drivers. Learn how to manage who you hire to run this location 24/7. Hands Down… the most expensive Breakfast Burrito I have ever eaten… in my life $14.06 💰 😐 I was born and raised in Texas Hill Country and over the course of my 49 years have devoured more than my share of Breakfast Burritos 🌯 I stopped to get fuel at the TA here and being the proponent of small business that I am… decided to get Breakfast at this establishment. I ordered A Chorizo, potato, egg and cheese burrito to go. It was listed at $11.99 on the menu but was somehow $14.06 at the register… maybe sales taxes are just crazy in Huntsville 🤷🏻‍♂️ I decided to go park in the lot to eat instead of eating going down the road… glad I did! The burrito all and all wasn’t bad but… it was loose rolled and she didn’t drain off the Chorizo which caused it to disintegrate mid meal… thereby requiring a change of clothes and almost a shower after eating. I looked like a 3 year old that had been eating Wolf Brand without a spoon. So if you are in the mood for some decent Tex-Mex… can sell of a few stocks and bonds maybe cash in some Bitcoin and a few shower credits at TA… This place may be a viable option for ya! 😉 Oh… and they forgot the potato 🥔 on...

Went on a Monday night to their Hitching Post Mexican Restaurant around 5:30pm. Food was cold and had no taste (Combo Plate). Salsa tasted like warm watery tomato soup with no taste. Paid $35.98 for the combo plate, fajita, an ice tea and a water. We are truck drivers so parked our truck here.

Later on went in the TA around 7:20pm to use the restroom. One set of doors were locked, had to go around. The door cearly says "Doors To Remain Unlocked During Business Hours," ever heard of The Who Concert? Restrooms are closed, no reason given why. Have to go back to this restaurant to use the facilities. Well! That was a treat! Women's restroom was disgusting! No paper towels, too lazy to put the toilet paper in dispensers, and no soap. Imagine what their kitchen looks like if they care this little about the cleanliness of their public bathroom? Obviously from the pictures they live in this filth as well.
