Paid for 3 games for 4 people with a younger girl. After we played 1 game the screen said see the front desk. Went up to the front desk and the girl acted like she didn't remember me paying with her. Another lady came over and I told her what was going on so she fixed it. About the middle of our 2nd game the younger girl came over and said she might have to ask us to leave or maybe move because league was coming in. After talking to the other lady the league wasn't coming til 3 so we didn't need to leave/move. We finished our 3 games and packed up to leave. While heading out the door the younger girl ran after us accusing us of not paying. I went back inside and pulled up my bank app showing her I had paid. Turns out she did not charge me the right amount which is not my problem. The other lady again had to come over. She ended up refunding me for what I had already paid then I paid for the "correct" amount. Very unprofessional in how this all with handled and we will not be back. We'll go to Brookings or...
