‼️⚠️⚠️ PLEASE READ FULL THING⚠️⚠️‼️fun place but summer 2023 i LITERALLY drowned like could not breathe, was sucked under the 12 feet water on top of the powerful waves right where the waves came out. i thought i was going to die. scariest day of my life. it was very obvious i was drowning because EVERYONE in the pool was just silent and looking at me. but a handful of TEENAGE lifeguards(that i doubt they even train well) were just leaning over the edge staring at me watching me continue to keep getting sucked under 12ft water + waves. like LITERALLY sat there and watched and didnt do anything. again i say , it was VERY obvious i was drowning. it had been a couple VERY LONG minutes and i finally accepted it was my time because nobody was helping me. until some grown man life guard came from all the way of the other side of the pool finally jumped in and pulled me up cause nobody else was. when i got out i was dizzy because i hadn’t took a breath for awhile, and in shell shock. very traumatizing. i did not get back in the water. most of the lifeguards there are useless. the deep end is DANGEROUS. even if you have one of their floatie tubes they are sooo easy to slip and fall out of and there has been so many drownings here from people with a similar/exact story as mine or stories of people slipping out of the floaties. and there is soo many people in the pool at one time usually you go un-noticed for the first while of you drowning. PLUS the ladders on the sides of the pools are not ladders at all. they are literal square shaped stones. not a regular pool ladder you imagine in your mind at all. and when you are deep in the water you cant even reach the ladders!! pathetic and absolutely pointless. and the waves are no joke, they are STRONG and they get stronger and go on for awhile ‼️‼️‼️. please be careful especially if you have your...

This is a nice facility that is very clean but is severely mismanaged. If they don’t get their staffing under control I would worry about the success of the business. Came in from out of town for the day. It was right around 4:00. We were never told it’s half price after 4 or that the pool was on a thunder delay. Too many staffers were gathered at the front socializing. Secondly the place closes at 6 and the delay had been going on past 4 and was going to continue to delay. Thirdly when the delay happened the life guards gathered in a huddle to socialize and carry on and were rude to the kids waiting patiently to get into the pool. Finally when we went inside to try to resolve the problem with a refund and others for a rain delay the kid working became EXTREMELY RUDE. They were not listening and didn’t explain the situation very well over the phone to the director . Finally the director came and was also EXTREMELY Rude. This all could have been handled before it got out of hand and to the point that it did but as far as we are concerned this was a bad situation that became so mismanagement that it became out of control. After awhile the “director “ did give a refund and rain checks but some one needs to get a handle on the establishment, the staff and director before you put that place out...

This place is not like it was years ago. They have so many rules and regulations you feel like your treated like a child. They made all the people that was coming in when they were first opening up go outside from the cool lobby to stand out in the sun forever because it takes forever to get in because they treat it like the White House when you come in with checking you and your bags. Then when you get in the pool is super dirty. There was leaves, sticks and dirt every where. You are not allowed to bring any food or drinks in, not even water for your child. They tell you that you can’t set in the floats in the grass even though you have to pay to use them which doesn’t hurt anything. The manager or whoever he is in the blue polo shirt thinks he’s on top of the world and better then everyone and treats you like dirt and is very rude. Oh and you better make sure any float, floaties or life vest for your child is “coast guard approved” or they will tell you your child basically can’t swim or play in the pool. I won’t be coming back here because it’s nothing like the old wave pool before they re done everything. Don’t come here if you want to relax and have a good time because they will constantly hound you...
